- Rates are applicable for a minimum of 02 passengers traveling together
- Rates are not applicable during exhibitions, conventions and special events. Surcharges shall apply and shall be determined at the time of booking
- Standard check in time is at 1500 hours & check out time is 1200 hours. Early Check-In / Late Check Out is subject to availability and may be chargeable
- Maximum waiting time at the airport shall be 60 minutes from the arrival time of the flight
- SIC stands for Seat-in-Coach, i.e., Guests will share the vehicle with other tourists staying in different Hotels. So, SIC Guests may have to wait for the Vehicle up to 45 mins. Generally, SIC Transfers operate as per a fixed schedule.
- PRIVATE(PVT): Guests do not have to share the vehicle with other tourists. Maximum waiting time is 5 – 10 minutes.
- Private Transfers- Maximum Vehicle waiting time shall be 05 minutes for SIC and 10 minutes for Private.
- Kindly follow the Itinerary given. Request you to be punctual for all tours and transfers to avoid any inconveniences
