All query will be accept only with the service request by email and source of contact provided by us. 

Company will not taking any responsibility if any Airlines or hotels change related to their price without pre- notifications.

No liability can attach to Skyline for any loss, damage, miss-delivery or delay on the part of any of the courier / Cargo Company and Airlines.

On receipt of completed orders, customers are required to check carefully and satisfy themselves that the documents meet their intended purpose. Before dispatch of documents Skyline undertake a cursory check but the speed of operation and variance of data specified prohibit intensive examination of all quoted details.

Skyline is not a common carrier and is serving in the capacity of agent on behalf of their customers in all situations.

Every customer check carefully your Passport validity, required documents and other entry regulation , law, rules and regulations, condition before planning for your trip .

Valid visa and other travel documents does not guarantee to enter any country, it’s completely discretion by the immigration officer.

We advise all customers to buy Travel insurance before their departure as per their requirement  because number of risk cover in your travel insurance including medical emergency, loss or damage baggage and many more as per the insurance companies plans. Skyline no responsibility is accepted for damage, loss, or delay to baggage, belongings, medical evacuation and treatments etc. during the tour.  

Additional Charges

Additional charges will be applicable if you change your flight / hotels travel dates prepone or postpone after issuance and confirmation as per the Airlines and hotel policy and availability. 

Additional taxes and surcharges may be collected by foreign governmental or hotel directly from the customers. All transactions between Skyline Visa and their customers are subject to these Terms and Conditions, which shall be governed by Indian law and be within and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
